ATIYAH -The shared modular vehicle of the future

[Background]

The rapid development of cities has led to a growing problem of pollution, of which transportation accounts for a large part, in which there are two major problems: 1) the excessive number of privately owned cars leads to a waste of resources, and 2) the single function of transportation restricts many possibilities.

The high pressure of urban life has also caused many people to suffer from physical and mental health problems, according to research statistics, 80% of people report having problems with stress.

[Design Proposal]

We believe that the future of transportation design should aim to meet the most needs with the least resources. Therefore, we endeavor to design a future transportation system that caters to the diverse requirements of the public in their daily lives, work, and leisure activities.

[Function]

The design of ATIYAH incorporates four key functions: modularity, shared use, versatility, and electric circulation. Versatile modules can adapt the vehicle's space and functions according to user needs, while integrating a shared system maximizes resource efficiency. The overall business model shifts from 'owning a product' to 'using a service'.

[Ideation Sketch]

The exterior design places a strong emphasis on seamlessly incorporating the concept of modularity. The vehicle body is divided into compartments for the cabin, power source, and front, rear, left, and right shells, each uniquely designed for their combination methods and appearance. The overall design language draws inspiration from the facets of combined blocks, aiming to present a holistic yet uncluttered form.

Users can monitor and control ATIYAH anytime through the app, allowing them to set their desired modes according to their needs. ATIYAH will autonomously proceed to the assembly station for updates at the specified time, providing users with the utmost freedom in their lifestyle experience.

A semi-automated intelligent assembly facility with the first floor serving as the waiting area, the second floor as the assembly area, and the third floor as the module storage area.
